TWO (2) YEARS INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
Your LANCASTER product ( watches, sunglasses, pens, cufflinks ) is guaranteed by GPA SRL* for a period of two (2) years from the purchase date according to the terms & condition of this warranty.
LANCASTER warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. The warranty comes into effect if you a copy of the receipt or dealer stamp on this warranty card (that is required as a proof of purchase).
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER :
The battery, the case, the crystal, the strap or bracelet.
Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Water damages unless marked water-resistant.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized LANCASTER sales or services agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
ADDITIONAL WARRANTY YEAR
LANCASTER gives you the possibility to add an extra year of warranty, just registering your product online on lancasteritalia.com no later than (2) two months from the purchase date.
After registering your product you'll receive by email a code you should write in the area "registration code".

For service work that is not covered under this warranty, the service center may perform the services you request for a charge dependent on type of product, style and type of work requested.LANCASTER highly recommends you to insure your parcel and adequately protect the watch before shipment.
LANCASTER is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment or return after shipment .
LANCASTER is only liable for costs regarding reparation ( if the product is under warranty ).
Other costs such as packaging, insurance, shipping costs (send/return), duties costs and taxes costs are at customers expenses.
